Since 2003, Adonal Foyle continues to return home to St. Vincent and the Grenadines to hold his Island Basketball Camp presented by Kerosene Lamp Foundation. The day camps, held on mainland St. Vincent, Canouan, Union Island and Bequia, help children obtain better knowledge of the sport in an island where soccer and cricket are the main outdoor activities.
Led by Adonal and a staff of US based volunteers and NBA professional athletes, the camps take a holistic approach touching the areas of health, social skills, athletics and the importance of education. Each child attending the camps receives one-on-one instruction, counseling and health guidance. The children also receive a camp t-shirt and other items that are donated by our many gracious corporate donors.

KLF realizes the importance of education for today's youth and will continue to incorporate those components in the basketball camps and other initiatives. In 2003, Adonal Foyle unveiled The Adonal Foyle Reading and Learning Center in his hometown of Canouan Government School in 2003. The center received educational materials, books, and posters, creating a fun and exciting place to learn.
