July 5, 2012, St. Vincent - KLF All-Star Student-Athlete Consolo Adams graduated from high school completing our KLF trio of graduated Senior All-Stars.
Our Orlando supporters may recall meeting Consolo Adams at our annual Gala Dinner in 2011, which he attended as a KLF honor roll student-athlete and gave a very moving speech.
Now we have more to celebrate as this young man has successfully completed secondary school in St. Vincent & the Grenadines. Consolo is a hard worker and was the first of our All-Stars to create his own community service project of teaching young kids in his neighborhood how to play basketball. Consolo is hungry for knowledge and is always asking us how he can do more. We have seen him grow (literally - he is now 6'8"!) and mature and are honored to have a part in shaping his character over the last 3 years.
Consolo aspires to become an accountant and play basketball at a higher level.
We would like to give special acknowledgement to Lorson Lewis who has served as Consolo's mentor for the last two years and given him the encouragement and support to stay on the right track and work hard.
Congratulations Consolo Adams - we are all extremely proud of you and look forward to your continued success when you attend college in the fall!
Help us enroll more kids into our All-Star Student-Athlete Program!
