2011 Athletics & Academics Camps
- All Star Edition, St. Vincent
Since 2003, KLF has held Athletics & Academics Day Camps throughout St. Vincent & the Grenadines. In 2011, we decided to go deeper by selecting the top 100 kids from around the country to participate in a 3-day/3-night All Star edition of our Athletics & Academics Camps.Based on their performance at this camp, we will select 2 to 3 to join our year-round mentorship program with the goal of helping prepare them to pursue a higher education.
As part of our campaign for literacy throughout the Caribbean, KLF held a book fair at the Camp, allowing each child to select a book to read during the designated reading period and then take home with them.
